Join me Saturday, March 8th at 11am for a 2-hour workshop where you will learn how your body is meant to move along with a daily routine that will improve how you move and feel no matter what level your fitness is today.

You will learn to assess your movement joint-by-joint, and I will coach you through a core strength and mobility routine that you will love!

What you can expect…

Movement Assessment

We will be looking at the major joints of movement, core strength, rib cage mobility, and breathing patterns. This is the foundation of building a strong, resilient body.

Expect to be moving your shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists, mid-back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. You will learn what your movement is meant to look and feel like, and this will help you find what areas of your body need some TLC

Core Strength and Breathing

Did you know that your ribcage is an essential part of your core?

It is, and I am guessing you probably haven’t given your ribcage the attention it needs. No worries if you didn’t know that! Most people don’t, and I have you covered!

Get ready to strengthen your core with some oh-so-effective breathwork combined with core exercises that will challenge you in a way that feels like a breath of fresh air. 😉

 

Mobility Exercises

Along with a new daily mobility routine, you will learn the difference between flexibility and mobility. Hint: Your time is much better spent on mobility work!

This is not the yoga class you can’t seem to get yourself motivated to go to.

We will take the movements you learned in the assessment and a few extra game-changer moves and personalize your routine.

Q & A + Bonuses

My goal is for you to have confidence in what you learn so you can do it on your own.

After we finish everything I have planned for you, I will answer your questions and check your form.

I don’t want you to feel like you have to wing it at home, so I am adding 3 weeks of use on an app where you can find videos and a community to ask questions!

  • We are going to be together for 2 hours, but, you will not be moving the whole time. This is not just a class where you get a workout in and go home. This is a workshop where you will learn things that you can apply to your current workout routine or if you are new to exercise, this is the best place for you to start because it is the foundation of healthy movement and most classes and training misses the foundation.

  • It will be held in the space I train in Troy, MI.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes for exercise. No jeans or clothing that is constricting to movement. Wear gym-type shoes, and please bring a mat.
